InstaCrush: Paul Komada

Paul Komada is an artist who usually works in textiles: Having started out a painter, he began knitting only a few years ago when his son was born and he found himself spending a lot of time at home. Now it's his passion, and he has found a way to miraculously make paintings out of yarn.

Judging by his Instagram, when he's not knitting, Komada walks...a lot. And we love him for it because he captures the monumental, the seriously banal and the secret spaces of Seattle in ways that will make you look again.
