Last Sunday, local singer/songwriter Debbie Miller performed at Columbia City Theater in conjunction with the release of her new EP, Measures and Waits. Watching her perform live, Miller has an uncanny ability to keep an audience smiling the entire night - a direct reflection of her humbled stage presence and endearing personality. She's about as real as they get when it comes to musicians in Seattle. With songs ranging from silly ("Snippets From a Bathroom Stall") to serious ("Inch by Inch"), Measures and Waits has a little something for everyone.
The show kicked off with an acoustic set from Sean Neil
Sunday was Debbie's first show in Seattle playing with a full band, sharing the stage with up to seven others at any given time.
Debbie's guitar player, Jeremiah Birnbaum, flew in from New York just to play the show.
Measures and Waits can be purchased in its entirety on Debbie's website, www.thedebbiemiller.com.
