The Washington Cheer Academy is a private training program that sums up its core values in a handy mnemonic: C.H.E.E.R. — Character, Humility, Excellence, Enthusiasm and Respect. Owner Al Lawrence last season took five cheerleading teams to the National Finals; all placed and one brought home the gold.
