Taste Test with Luuvu Hoang

When it comes to fashion, says Luuvu Hoang, “Seattle has always been a little behind,” so the Vietnamese-born bon vivant spent his teenage weekends poring over fashion magazines. Now 30, Hoang works as a photographer and produces videos for Seattle-area nonprofits. His dream? To introduce cocktail culture to Vietnam. He hopes to open bars in Hanoi and
Ho Chi Minh City next year.
